Every 2 minutes for 12 Minutes of:
Rounds 1 & 2: 3 DB bent over rows L and R arm @ 50/35 + 5 Bench press @ 65%
Round 3 & 4: 3 DB bent over rows L and R arm @ 50/35 + 3 Bench press @ 70%
Round 5 & 6: 3 DB bent over rows L and R arm @ 50/35 + 1 Bench press @ 80%

After you complete your 80% bench press
use the rest of the class to lift heavier weight and establish a 1 rep max.
