Every :90 for 15 Minutes of:
Rounds 1 – 4: 1 Deadlift @ 0-65%
Rounds 5 – 10: 1 Deadlift @ 70-90%

Make sure during the :90 intervals to work up in weight slowly.
If you do more then the % allowed you will acquire a penalty (coaches choice).
After you complete your 90% deadlift
use the rest of the class to lift heavier weight and establish a 1 rep max.
